Technical Officer - Utilities

Producing a much-loved beverage iconic to Queensland, XXXX is part of QLD culture and one of Lion’s flagship sites! We are currently looking for a Technical Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. In this hands‑on, shift‑based role, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operation of our Utilities and Process Services, including steam, CO₂, electricity, refrigeration, and water treatment systems.

You’ll play a key role in optimising operating costs, improving plant performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What You’ll Do :

• Operate and maintain utilities plant to meet performance and quality standards.
• Manage plant operating costs and deliver on improvement‑related KPIs.
• Drive efficiency and optimise output using standard work processes.
• Monitor plant performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
• Support maintenance planning and asset management initiatives.
• Maintain zero downtime of utilities supply to key site operations.
