On behalf of our valued client, we are recruiting for a Workday Consultant (Security, EIB, and Reporting) for a part-time, remote contract position.
Summary of the Role
The Workday Consultant will collaborate with the HR team to manage security, develop custom reports, and support data integrations within the Workday platform.
This role is focused on secure, efficient, and compliant data processes to meet organizational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review, document, and audit security groups within Workday, including domain security policies, roles, and assignments.
- Recommend best practices for Workday security setup and configuration.
- Configure, update, and maintain Workday security features.
- Develop and manage Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations to support data automation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, including custom reports and EIBs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday security, EIBs, and reporting.
- Train and support end-users on Workday security and EIB functionalities.
Core Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of Workday security configuration, management, and best practices.
- Proficiency in developing and managing EIB integrations.
- Strong experience in creating calculated fields and advanced reports.
- Proven ability to update business processes and condition rules.
- 3+ years of experience in Workday security and EIB management.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with Workday HCM and other Workday modules.
- Prior experience in a similar contractor role.
- Workday certification is an asset.
Terms
This is a remote, part-time contract role averaging 17.5 hours per week, with work hours between 8 : 30 AM and 4 : 30 PM PDT.
The contract extends through September 30, 2025, with a potential 6-month extension. Candidates must submit a resume, two professional references, and a one-page summary outlining their relevant experience.
Additional recent work assignments, including project details and deliverables, may also be requested.
