About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, supporting various departments by ensuring timely and precise data input.

Key Objectives

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Maintain data integrity by reviewing and verifying information.
Support cross-functional teams by providing reliable data for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various sources into designated databases with speed and accuracy.

Verify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure quality control.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical records systematically.

Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

Identify and report discrepancies or issues in data to management promptly.

Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
