Amazing opportunity with one of our high profile Toronto clients. They are looking for an immediate start for a Residential Real Estate Law Clerk. This is an 2 week contract. Interested candidates should apply today!

Duties:

- Managing files from the beginning to end of transactions autonomously for residential real estate

- Prepare and issue all necessary documents

- Liaise with all internal and external parties involved including preparation of correspondence as required

- Possess the ability to work both independently and as part of the team

- Strong attention to detail; multitasking and organizational skills

- Ability to anticipate needs and act without supervision

Job Requirements:

-Minimum 2+ year of experience in a Real Estate practice

-Must have knowledge with Unity or Teraview software

-Must have knowledge of Unity

-Working knowledge of PC Law

- Must have good communication skills

- Must have experience with title searches

- Must be able to handle a case from beginning to end
