  • you will be part of a dedicated team based in Kitchener, Ontario and reporting to the
  • Manager, Distribution Operations.

  • What you will get to do
  • Support front office administration with mail and shipment coordination
  • Order office supplies, check inventory of and order packaging supplies for the office and Distribution Centre operations
  • Support Parts Distribution daily order flow with waving, separating and distributing pick tickets hourly for dealer and Mass Retail customers
  • Identify and prepare documentation / shipments for Dangerous Goods
  • Support Logistics team booking pick-up confirmations for Mass Retail Parts orders
  • Regular reporting and status updates on our 24 / 48 hour on time shipping, Unit Fill Rate, product hold summaries and other Management reports
  • Troubleshoot picking errors, shipment and WMS system errors to support on-time customer delivery
  • Who You are
  • College Diploma or 2-3 years experience with administration, or comparable work experience
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, INFOR MAPICs or similar ERP System
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
