Description

• The Common Cluster Solutions Branch focuses on services that support both ministries and all branches within the cluster. CCS also provides business intelligence data analysis and other KPI reporting on important areas of business operations to our partners and the cluster.
• These services include Business Intelligence (BI) which consists of performance reporting analytics and consulting services and includes offering self-service tools to enable and empower our business partners to make informed decisions for their day-to-day business operations.
• The resource would be engaged on a number of discrete projects that have been approved by ministry program areas as key priorities including :
• SOLGEN Private Security and amp; Investigation Services Branch (PSISB) to develop Compliance Enforcement reporting Phase 1
• SOLGEN Private Security and amp; Investigation Services Branch (PSISB) to develop Compliance Enforcement reporting Phase 2
• SOLGEN Animal Welfare Services (AWS) critical operational reporting
• Modernized Use of Force reporting;
• Inventory of Mental Health Programs reporting;
• eRoster reporting.
• In addition other Microsoft Power BI work is ongoing within the Branch and resources may be required to assist in other Power BI development work involved in the unit.
