Ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to technical recruiting. You'll work closely with experienced recruiters to help hire engineers, designers, and technical specialists who build and innovate across our organization.

What You’ll Do

• Source engineering talent in nuclear, energy, automation, life science sector through , job boards, and niche platforms.
• Review technical resumes and support initial screening for key qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with engineering managers and project teams.
• Assist in writing and refining technical job postings that attract top talent.
• Support hiring pipelines for engineering internships, new grads, and senior roles.
• Help with recruitment projects such as talent mapping, market research, and candidate engagement strategies.
