Testing, QA Support & Defect ResolutionSupport QA teams by:Providing functional scenariosClarifying requirementsReviewing test cases to ensure alignment with business needsParticipate in defect triage and assist with prioritization and resolution.Validate that delivered features meet requirements and provide business value.5. Compliance, Governance & Best PracticesEnsure solutions adhere to:Salesforce best practicesEnterprise security standardsCompliance requirements (banking + regulatory)Promote strong governance and ensure documentation and processes are maintained consistently.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or post‑graduate education in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years experience as a Salesforce Functional Lead.3+ years experience in the financial services industry.Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in highly regulated enterprise environments.Deep understanding of:Banking workflowsCustomer and product lifecycleFinancial compliance requirementsStrong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).Familiarity with integrations to:Core banking systemsData lakesEnterprise applicationsDemonstrated ability to:Lead conversations with cross‑functional teamsPresent confidently to executives and senior leadersCollaborate with technical teams effectivelyKnowledge of Agile delivery practices, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise DevOps pipelines.
