Job Description
We are looking for someone to become a part of our field team. You will work on a variety of as needed jobs and projects in facilities throughout BC, but primarily the lower mainland.
Responsibilities :
- Repair major and minor issues inside and outside of buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders
- Communicate all completed work with back office in timely fashion
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Facilities we work in require a criminal background check and security screening
- Drivers license
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Able to complete a wide variety of tasks for example; drywall repair, framing, finishing, minor plumbing / electrical, computer literacy
- Solutions oriented mindset
- Please note that many of the sites that we work on require security clearance and background checks.
