Manual Machinist / Tool & Die Maker
Job Description
Our client located in Ajax is currently seeking a manual Machinist / Tool & Die Maker.
Timings : 7 am to 3 : pm
Payrate : to per hour
Duties include :
- Operation of lathe, mill and some basic fitting.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience required.
- Industrial experience, foundry and / or machine shop experience is an asset.
- Mould making experience would be an asset.
- Soldering experience would be an asset.
- Tool and Die experience would be beneficial.
- Experience with Mastercam and CNC would be beneficial but not required.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Take direction well but can work independently.
- Ability to multi-task.
