Salesforce Developer

Qualifications :

• 3 years of hands on development on the Salesforce Platform (Apex LWC Aura Visualforce).
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). Platform Developer II Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or MuleSoft Certified Developer are highly desirable
• Direct experience building solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud (patient care plan provider household objects)
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs; exposure to MuleSoft or similar middleware; familiarity with HL7 / FHIR is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of data modeling sharing rules OWD field level security and Canadian health privacy regulations (PHIPA PIPEDA)
• Proficient with Salesforce DX VS Code Git and CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Jenkins Azure DevOps)
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments; comfortable writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prior experience in the home health home care or broader healthcare services sector
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS services and serverless architectures
• Experience with Experience Cloud / Communities for patient or caregiver portals
• Exposure to data migration tools (Data Loader Jitterbit Informatica)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and patient centred UX design
