Now Hiring Occupational Therapists! | $60–$68/hr | California-Based | Part-Time/Per-diem

SPG Therapy & Education is a specialized pediatric group looking for talented, energetic and creative Occupational Therapists to join us! Come be part of a remarkable team that empowers real change in the lives of children and their families!

*This position would be part time 20+ hours

What We're Looking For:

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license
• Masters Degree or Doctorate
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering direct therapy and conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
