Insight Global is looking for a Junior Network Operations Analyst to join one of our retail clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will receive calls, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity issues. They will need to understand Cisco switching and routing at the CCNA level, triage escalations to the network team, and work with third‑party vendors to arrange service calls and open trouble tickets.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• Work with vendors and internal customers to resolve issues
• Some travel may be required
