About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Demand Specialist to join our team! This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for generating and nurturing qualified leads across the buyer journey, from new logo acquisition to account expansion. You will play a key role in helping Quadbridge expand its market share, increase visibility and credibility, and strengthen our position in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, and outbound channels.
• Manage lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and database segmentation to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales to define MQL criteria, ensure lead handoff, and optimize pipeline contribution.
• Design marketing plays aimed at growing existing accounts, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal support.
• Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot) to ensure accurate data and attribution.
• Support content personalization and ABM (account-based marketing) initiatives.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Full-time, permanent, hybrid

Salary Range :

$75,000 to $80,000 per year, plus bonus
