In this role, the Production Trainer is responsible for coaching and teaching all new hires on all of our standards and procedures, meanwhile working with existing team members to ensure our company standards are met consistently in all of our daily practices.
The Trainer works directly with our team members teaching all front of house and / or back of house procedures. They ensure that our Team Members adhere to our high level of standards with regards to product quality, speed of service, hospitality, food safety, and cleanliness during the shift, all while creating a positive and fun work environment where all employees can succeed.
