Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Client Experience Operational Excellence program. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ServiceNow platform exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
Develop project deliverables including charters, plans, and reports
Create lifecycle, migration, training, and communication plans
Build user journey maps and support change management initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders, program managers, and cross-functional teams
Work in Agile/SDLC environments to deliver high-quality solutions
Analyze risks, track issues, and provide recommendations

Required Skills:

10+ years of Business Analysis experience
Strong knowledge of BA practices, SDLC, and program management
Experience in data analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management
Minimum 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform
Certification from IIBA or equivalent
Strong communication and documentation skills
Bilingual (English & French) Mandatory

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Federal Government / Public Sector
Exposure to large transformation programs
