What you will do :
Develop, implement, and manage divisional sales strategies, ensuring overall alignment with corporate objectives including outlining expectations for sales, gross margin and pricing
Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Agronomists, Sales Representatives and Branch Managers in the development, implementation and execution of sales plans in order to assist them in meeting performance targets, and ensure alignment with business strategy
Responsible for the management of the customer base and effective implementations of customer programs
Responsible for precision ag products and customer planning resources
In conjunction with the Divisional and Branch Management, assist in the development of sales, operating and capital budgets
Accountable for the provision of real time information regarding saleable inventory, competitive pricing / programs, and reporting of sales vs objectives
Provide market intelligence to Product Line Manager, Marketing, Regions, and Division Management Teams
What you will bring :
5+ years of demonstrated effective experience in the areas of farm supply sales and marketing
University Degree in Agriculture, Commerce or Administration
Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
Proficient in utilizing computers for word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications
