We are looking for an AI Builder & Customer Success Enginee r who can bridge technical execution with client-facing support. This role blends AI systems building, workflow automation, and hands-on customer enablement. You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions, implement integrations, and guide customers through onboarding and long-term adoption.

What You’ll Work On
AI Build and Development
Build, test, and refine AI-driven workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, and custom automation logicDevelop and improve AI agents for voice and chat powered by LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar APIsConnect AI workflows to CRMs, databases, billing systems, and internal toolsWork with APIs, webhooks, and JavaScript to create scalable logic and intelligent flow behaviorTroubleshoot issues across multi-system integrations and ensure stability and reliabilityCustomer Success Engineering
Lead customers through onboarding, configuration, and go-live processesSupport integration work such as data mapping, CRM setup, and AI agent configurationServe as the primary technical partner for customer usage, adoption, and retentionTranslate customer problems into actionable AI workflows and platform enhancementsProduce clear documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and technical guidesProvide performance insights, workflow analytics, and recommendations for improvementProcess and System Improvements
Improve onboarding systems, templates, and internal handoff workflowsBuild internal SOPs and scalable processes for customer implementationPartner with product and engineering teams to deliver structured customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvementWhat You Bring
3 to 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Implementation, or Client Onboarding within SaaS or AI-related environmentsStrong working knowledge of Make , Zapier , or other low-code automation platformsComfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and connecting multiple external systemsHands-on experience building AI workflows, LLM integrations, or AI agents for chat or voiceStrong understanding of workflow logic, system architecture, and automation designProficient in JavaScript for custom steps inside automation toolsExcellent communication skills with a clear and structured approachStrong project management capability, able to run multiple onboarding tracks in parallelProactive, resourceful, and confident navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsNice to Have
