The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of clinic activities and communications, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

They will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Temporary position with possibility of permanent employment

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m.

Salary between 24$-30$ depending on experience

Near Viau metro station

On-site parking

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and answer emails

Manage clinic professionals' schedules

Maintain up-to-date documents and office supplies

Provide administrative support to various departments

Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare environment
  • Organized, proactive and meticulous
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suite

Summary
