Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Quality Coordinator who is eager to work in a rapidly growing company. The Quality Coordinator will be helping develop our processes, facilitate creation of documentation for our Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in QMS audits.

The Blackline Safety System incorporates wearable personal devices, vehicle mounted equipment, satellite and cellular communication channels and an advanced web portal.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage QMS and technical documentation and ensure proper retention of records and documents
  • Create, update, and review QMS and related documents, in collaboration with process owners
  • Assist in organization of internal and external audits for QMS and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
  • Support the Blackline organization with your deep understanding of processes and procedures

  • You have 2+years’ experience working with a Quality Management System (QMS)
  • You are familiar with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and auditing
  • You have high standards and motivate others to strive to meet them.
  • You are hands-on and prepared to get involved with all aspects of operations with a can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.

Required Skills

  • Experience with creating and editing process documentation
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience conducting internal audits
  • Experience working with external auditors
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products (SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
