Overview
The Electronic Market Making group, a high-frequency trading team at RBC Capital Markets, is seeking Quantitative Researchers and Traders to join our desk. The nature of finance is changing, and RBC Capital Markets is looking to recruit the next generation of Quantitative Researcher to drive innovation in equity trading. Quantitative Researchers are responsible for conceptualizing and building sophisticated trading signals and strategies using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning, in combination with software engineering and trading.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary / variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is : $90,000.00 - $135,000.00
