What You’ll Be Doing
Implement sales strategies throughout a Sales rotational program across various disciplines such as DLS, Inside Sales, Account Management and more.
Support customers byworking with leaders to understand theirneeds and create tailored Danfoss solutions that deliver measurable value.
Develop and execute account strategies , working alongside experienced sales teams to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams —from engineering to marketing—to turn technical expertise into commercial success.
Grow your leadership and communication skills through structured workshops, mentoring, and feedback‑driven learning experiences.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
A growth mindset —you’re curious, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities to learn.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build trust and influence others.
A genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation .
Willingness to travel and / or relocate during program rotations as you grow your career.
