Pharmacy Assistant Opportunity

Status : Full-Time

Shift : Evening (flexibility required)

We are looking for organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistants to join our team. This role involves working closely with pharmacists to support daily operations, including prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and providing excellent service to patients. If you have experience with robotics and central fill operations, we encourage you to apply.

What you will do :

• CollaboratewithpharmacistsandRegisteredPharmacyTechnicians(RPTs)toaccuratelyandefficientlyfillprescriptionsusingmanualandroboticsystems.
• Manageinventory,includingorderingandrestockingmedicationsandsupplies.
• Preparemedicationsfordispensing,includingcountingandlabeling.
• Maintainacleanandorganizedworkspace.
• Handleadministrativetaskssuchasprocessinginsuranceclaimsandmanagingpatientrecords.
• Ensurecompliancewithpharmacyregulationsandguidelines.
• Supportcentralfilloperations,includingprescriptionfulfillmentandinventorymanagement.

Salary Range : $32,000-$48,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan : 5%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
