We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager who is passionate about leading and developing talented engineers while driving the delivery of high‑quality, scalable software. You’ll manage a team of full stack and backend engineers, foster technical excellence, and collaborate cross‑functionally to bring innovative products to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product management, QA, and architecture teams to deliver high‑quality software on time and within scope.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable applications and APIs built primarily in Java.
• Ensure engineering best practices across code quality, testing, security, and deployment.
• Drive sprint planning, resource allocation, and performance reviews for your team.
• Support career development by providing clear feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architecture discussions, and long‑term planning.
• Champion the use of modern DevOps tools, including Docker, to support efficient development and deployment.
• Identify process improvements to optimize team productivity and software quality.
