Core Responsibilities

Migration & Modernization : Lead the technical migration of classic SharePoint sites and custom solutions into modern SharePoint Online (SPO) environments.
Solution Development : Design and implement scalable, high-performing intranet solutions utilizing SPFx , Power Automate , and other M365 services.
Governance & Automation : Build automated workflows for site provisioning, content migration, and governance to ensure platform consistency and quality.
Analytics & Reporting : Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to track engagement, communication effectiveness, and system performance metrics.
Expert Support : Act as the highest level of technical escalation for SharePoint Online, focusing on performance optimization and user enablement.
Business Consultation : Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical architecture.

Skill Profile

Essential Skills :

Development : Proficient in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Power Platform.

Migration : Proven track record of migrating from SharePoint 2016 / Classic to Modern SharePoint Online.

Data Visualization : Advanced knowledge of Power BI for metric tracking.

Administration : Deep understanding of ITIS_AMS_Sharepoint Admin and M365 governance.

Leadership : Experience translating stakeholder requirements into enterprise-level technical solutions.

Desirable Skills (Recommended to add) :

Experience with migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, AvePoint, or Mover.io).

Knowledge of TypeScript, React , or Node.js for SPFx development.

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and PnP PowerShell.

Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MS-600 : M365 Developer Associate or MS-102 : Endpoint Administrator).
