About the Role

We are looking for a confident and responsible Luxury Stylist for our Yorkville location. The ideal candidate is well versed in luxury brands and current trends in the fashion industry, is passionate about sustainability and is dedicated to delivering an elite retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Represents the Brand, Knows our core values, what makes us unique, how to introduce clients to our brand
• Responsible for a unique and incredible client experienceevery time. Every client is greeted & receives personalized attention.
• Achieve personal sales and outreach targets while supporting the goals of the team
• Educate clients on product function, style and fit to provide a best-in-class client experience
• Build and foster lasting relationships with customers by providing a personalized client experience, including client outreach regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, etc
• Maintain product, displays and store appearance
• Liaise with suppliers and schedule selling appointments
• Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge to act as an expert for the client
• Responsible for staying up to date with product knowledge: Knows trends, designer information & how to outfit/style
• Brings & develops a client book
• Supports with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
• Brings creative/innovative ideas to the store leadership team in support of the store and business.

What You'll Bring

• Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends
• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives while delivering professional and honest service
• Great at developing relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (word, e-mail, social media, POS systems)
• Can quickly learn new procedures and processes
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Second language an asset
