Position Overview : We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical / Industrial Account Manager to join an exceptional team in the Markham, Ontario area.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships while providing technical (engineering) expertise and support.

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, offering insights and recommendations on product usage, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities or threats.
Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in technical sales and account management within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Experienced with AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
