Base pay range : CA$60,000.00 / yr - CA$75,000.00 / yr.

Metergy Solutions Inc. ("Metergy") is a technology company that drives huge carbon emission reductions by providing submetering solutions for multi‑residential and commercial buildings. The company supplies, installs and remotely reads meters to measure individual suite consumption of electricity, water, gas, and thermal energy.

Position Summary

Plan, execute and finalize submetering projects for Metergy Solutions. This includes resource management, planning, design, approval and procurement of materials. The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives, timeline and oversee quality control and regulatory requirements throughout the project’s life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions with external clients to evaluate their unique submetering needs.
• Review electrical and mechanical drawings to develop an understanding of the utility distribution and mechanical systems serving our clients’ properties.
• Transform your understanding of the distribution / systems into a technical submetering and / or reporting solution that addresses the client’s specific needs.
• Select and size the appropriate submetering hardware solutions based on the technical requirements you developed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure your solutions are aligned with, and can be supported by other business units.
• Effectively communicate your solutions to internal and external stakeholders to drive projects out of the design phase and into the execution phase.
• Implement your solutions through effective project management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively manage your time and deliver results on multiple projects at the same time.
• Any other tasks to support various business needs.
