Project R3SIN has reimagined the small group fitness experience. In our 50-minute, coach-led workouts, we combine the stuff you love with something you never knew you needed, in a studio space filled with motivation galore.

Within our classes, we intentionally combine preparation ( Revive ), strength & conditioning ( Resist ) and recovery ( Restore ) together in every single workout so our members leave feeling stronger, refreshed, and ready for their day.
This position is primarily responsible for coaching participants through pre-defined PROJECT R3SIN workouts / training programs.
While coaching, you must be able to effectively lead and motivate participants through the PROJECT R3SIN program and have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form in order to prevent injuries.
As a PROJECT R3SIN Coach, you are enthusiastic and well versed in the product and culture in order to effectively share, promote, and deliver upon our brand promise.
To be successful as a PROJECT R3SIN Coach, you will be able to perform the following duties :
- Lead PROJECT R3SIN workouts according to predetermined schedule, including playing assigned music and following / coaching set program guidelines.
- Generate leads and recruit members; through prospecting and marketing effort using multiple channels, in person and online.
- Conduct lead care, using various forms of communication, to generate memberships.
- Effectively onboard new participants using designated onboarding protocols.
- Address member concerns in a professional manner and with the goal of resolution.
- Be continuously aware of studio performance and directly contribute to achieving goals.
- Participate in personal and team development on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and condition of the training room.
- Address and keep leadership / team informed of anything in need of repair or maintenance, or anything else that needs to be addressed to deliver a premier experience.
- Be an active member (min 1 workout per week) utilizing provided membership.
- Create a positive, engaging, respectful studio environment that spreads out into the community.
