The Opportunity
Vision Talent is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team!
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for working directly with Vision Talent clients and consultants, focusing on nurturing professional relationships and fulfilling hiring needs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Proactively seek and recruit qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions
- Build and manage relationships with candidates, meeting regularly to understand and support their specific needs
- Champion best practices and processes as they relate to the recruitment life cycle
- Ensure effective collaboration with internal operations, sales and clients
- Participate in client intake and update calls, providing market intelligence and advice
- Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients
- Own, deliver and continually strive to achieve goals
What You Bring :
3+ years of recruitment experience within the technology spaceStrong business acumen and decision-making skillsExceptional oral and written communication and presentation skillsProven track record and working within a KPI-driven environmentExperience managing a portfolio of prospects and maintaining excellent rapportGood creative problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with a teamTechnical proficiency in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRMWhat We Offer :
