Job descriptionCompetitive wages and comprehensive compensation packages Casual / part-time positions Opportunities to work in Richmond hill and Vaughan 24 / 7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions 24 / 7 assistance related to your clients care We provide care 24 / 7 so visits may be scheduled early morning afternoon evening or overnight to meet our clients needs. Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with CNO Minimum 3year RN experience home health care experience an asset Passionate about making a difference delivering WOW Customer experience admiring people and finding a better way Ability to travel independently to clients visits Two positive professional references Background or Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Search (updated every 5 years for continued employment) Negative TB test or chest x-ray (updated at the nurses cost every 5 years for continued employment)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings
- Delivers on our Brand Promise by owning the clients experience ensuring that you do whatever it takes to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families
- Delivers comprehensive nursing care and assessments to clients according to your scope of practice
- In-depth knowledge regarding infection control and staying up to date with COVID-19 infection control to perform and educate on how to contain and prevent infectious diseases
- Engages and reports in open communication with your Care Designer when opportunities to elevate your clients experience and care are identified
- Responds to Care Services Center (CSC) team regarding scheduling inquiries and updates within the agreed upon timeline
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge while practicing safely and competently.
- Is a leader in the community
- Able to use applications via phone and email to ensure proper communication and documentation are completed for your clients care.
