Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer located in Kitchener, Ontario. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing medical devices, focusing on machine and product design. Daily tasks include creating and modifying 3D models using CAD software, conducting engineering analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves testing prototypes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and refining designs based on feedback and testing results.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, and Machine Design skills
• Experience in Product Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
