Job Description
As a Quality Control Lead, you will support the Quality Control function by overseeing the review and interpretation of QC reports, documents, investigation activities, and the resolution of any concerns.
Working under general supervision, you will prepare decisions, reports, summaries, and recommendations, which will be reviewed by senior personnel.
In this role, you will apply your developed skills to ensure effective quality control processes and maintain high standards in all QC activities.
What would you be doing?
- Administers Quality Management Systems, ensuring alignment with QHSE / QA / QC policies, best practices, and corporate values.
- Maintains quality documentation, reviews regulatory data submissions, and verifies compliance or addresses non-conformance.
- Prepares engineering and document control packages in collaboration with the Quality Control Manager, supporting timely distribution to project teams.
- Develops and implements programs to reduce incidents and risks, ensuring effective risk management plans.
- Reviews bid packages for quality requirements, prepares quality documentation for submissions, and addresses any quality-related bid issues.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines, with professional customer service abilities.
- Education : High School diploma or equivalent; certificate or degree related to Quality Control.
- Experience : 2 5 years of direct Quality Control experience.
- Competencies include team management, relationship building, change management, accountability, and ensuring safety in diverse environments.
