Responsibilities

• Design, develop, andmaintainrobust, reusableautomated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts tovalidatecomplex software systemsusing industry standards tools
• Partner directly with developers, business systems analysts and product ownersto clarify acceptance criteria, promote high-impact unit testing, and align on quality benchmarks
• Own the ongoing health and expansion of our automated regression suite, with a particular focus on increasingintegrationand API coverage
• Leadin the development of new enhancements to test frameworks and infrastructure : support efficient CI / CD practices, reduce feedback loops, andoptimizeperformance testing-positioning QA as an engineering force multiplier
• Shapethelong-termautomationroadmapsand champion a quality-first culture through metrics and process improvements
• Encourage shifting left;embed testingbest practices into every stage of development, advocating for a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility
• Manage defect discovery through resolutionbyproviding clear, actionable feedback to streamline bug lifecycles
• Evaluate application performance and coordinate targeted load and scalability testing as needed
• Inspire and mentor QAteam members,fosteringan environment of continuous technical growth, inclusivecollaboration,and leadership within the team

Salary Range

$75,000 – $115,000

Final compensation is determined by market conditions, location, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and education. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive programs and total compensation may include variable incentives, such as bonuses and commissions.
