JOB TITLE : ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION : Burlington, ON

SALARY RANGE : $50,-60, + commissions

We are supporting our client in hiring an Account Manager for an exciting role in the third-party logistics (3PL) and transportation industry.

What Will You Do?

Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and seamless service

Track, coordinate, and manage shipments while responding to changes in a fast-paced environment

Provide pricing and quotes for transportation requirements

Dispatch and communicate with logistics service providers

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through clear communication and proactive problem-solving

Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by treating their business as your own

What Do You Bring?

Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for service excellence

Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
