Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and seamless service Track, coordinate, and manage shipments while responding to changes in a fast-paced environment Provide pricing and quotes for transportation requirements Dispatch and communicate with logistics service providers Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through clear communication and proactive problem-solving Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by treating their business as your own What Do You Bring? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Strong judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience in a customer-facing role with a passion for service excellence Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bonus Points : Experience in the logistics or transportation industry Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting errors before they become problems High-energy and motivated by a dynamic, deadline-driven environment A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently A collaborative team player who supports and uplifts others A relationship builder who genuinely cares about customer success
