Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and seamless service Track, coordinate, and manage shipments while responding to changes in a fast-paced environment Provide pricing and quotes for transportation requirements Dispatch and communicate with logistics service providers Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through clear communication and proactive problem-solving Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by treating their business as your own What Do You Bring?
