At SMS Equipment , the Accounting Technician will be responsible for providing general assistance to the Finance Department, reporting to the Finance Supervisor.

The shift for this role is 5x2.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Issue manual invoices for various request from branches;
• Enter, verify and scan-mail journal entries to head office;
• Maintain the entry journal;
• Maintain the master data result folder;
• Maintain financial cubes and claims reconciliations;
• Maintain sales reports on financial cubes for the parts and service departments
• Maintain the Control Book;
• Complete various tasks related to accounting, financial or administrative functions.
