Java FullStack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions with a strong focus on automating business processes . You will contribute to the entire development lifecycle from architecture and coding to deployment and maintenance -while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient, automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance internal and client-facing applications with a focus on automation.

Design system architecture and write clean, maintainable code.

Analyze and improve existing applications and logic.

Implement Agile and DevOps best practices to deliver quality software consistently.

Create unit tests and ensure overall product quality.

Write and maintain clear documentation for development and deployment.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to align software solutions with business goals.

What You Bring

5+ years of full stack development experience.

Proven track record in building web platforms to automate workflows.

Database : SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server

Experience with automation platforms such as Appian or RPA tools.

Familiarity with Agile project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and CI / CD pipelines.

Cloud-native development experience, ideally on AWS .

Working knowledge of Unix / Linux environments.

Bonus Points For

Experience in financial services, wealth management, or brokerage.

Experience building cloud-based applications using AWS.
