Duties And Responsibilities

E-Commerce Development :

  • Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations such as website maintenance, managing products, monitoring sales, and more.
  • Implement and manage search engine optimization to grow an online audience and increase affiliate revenue via SEO, newsletters, and social media.
  • Project-manage process improvement activities over the e-commerce sites to improve service level, reduce contracted per-unit costs, and improve quality.
  • Continuously work to improve overall customer journey and drive E-commerce growth - tracking and improving E-commerce metrics such as conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase rates.
  • Led e-commerce team and provided e-commerce strategies and structure.
  • Work with e-commerce team to build traffic & sales via Mind Games websites and partners websites (Amazon, Hudson’s Bay, Best Buy, Walmart,...).

E-Commerce Analytics :

  • Report on performance and identify opportunities, including gathering competitive intelligence.
  • Contribute insights to weekly sales analytics & reporting on all e-commerce portals and to preparation of Monthly and Quarterly KPI reviews.
  • Analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing eCommerce operations and identify needs based on Mind Games goals.
  • Monitor web analytics to identify areas for improvement / concern across the site and traffic sources.
  • Report & analysis on online orders, fulfillments, and returns every month sharing insights and recommendations.

E-Commerce Marketing :

  • Responsible for US & CA website maintenance, content creation, and landing pages based on marketing and promotion calendar.
  • Implement and monitor online and in-store marketing plans by coordinating with the marketing team.
  • Responsible for content creation for partners' platforms (Amazon, Hudson’s Bay, Walmart, ).
  • Manage e-commerce and marketing team members.
  • Provide KPI analysis and goal tracking for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and track the performance of all marketing campaigns to optimize marketing spends.

Qualifications And Core Skills :

  • University degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • 4+ years experience in eCommerce, preferably with a toy and gaming retailer.
  • WooCommerce and Google Analytics experience required.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud & NetSuite experience an asset.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Amazon sales and management as an asset.
  • Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects, prioritizing key deliverables.
  • Excellent project management or organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Program implementation and KPI Management experience.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-moving and developing business environment which requires a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and make decisions that align with the brand.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of projects at once.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Advanced analytics capabilities to support recommendations with data-driven findings, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Digital content creation & management.
  • Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an asset.

Pay Rate (per year) :

$65,000- $97,000
