Law Clerk - Real Estate

Location : In Person | Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

Reporting to Counsel and the Chief of Staff, you will provide legal and administrative support across real estate, corporate, employment, insurance, litigation , and contract administration . This role has a strong focus on real estate and corporate law , with broad exposure across the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want meaningful responsibility, this position is for you.

What You'll Do

Manage legal trackers for condo occupancies, closings, SOAs, deal status, and legal correspondence

Assist with reviewing condo disclosure documents and liaise with external counsel

Support leasing and occupancy coordination with property management teams

Prepare initial drafts of contracts using company templates and review incoming agreements

Maintain corporate filings, licenses, and organizational charts

Organize litigation files, track deadlines, and coordinate materials with counsel

Ensure accurate document management across SharePoint and legal databases

What You Bring

3+ years of residential real estate experience (required)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Excellent communication and document management skills
