Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Lead Project Planner to join our growing Projects team in Mississauga, ON.
Reporting to the Planning Manager the Lead Project Planner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the project schedule to assist in the management and reporting on project activities in a timely and consistently accurate manner.
The tasks you'll perform
- Creation, implementation and maintenance of Project Schedule.
- Manage and coordinate inputs form various team members including engineering, procurement, contracts, project and construction in order to establish a highly accurate and detailed Project Schedule.
- Assist Business Development with proposal and tender schedules.
The expertise you'll bring
- Engineering qualification or extended experience in the engineering, EPC, EPCM and / or construction fields.
- 5+ years experience in the industry
- Experience with interpreting study level drawings, equipment lists and other data in order to prepare a first pass Project Schedule.
- Experience in establishing a Project Schedule including resourcing, logic sequence and duration of each phase of the project including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, transport, construction and commissioning.
