Pay range C$650 - 750 / Day

Job Description :
Are you a seasoned project management professional with a passion for driving successful IT initiatives? Our company is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager / Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Define strategic and operational requirements for project management.
- Provide ongoing advice on process improvement.
- Develop project design criteria, planning activities, and communication protocols.
- Direct, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure high-quality results.
- Articulate product vision and strategy.
- Prioritize features and manage the backlog.
- Establish and track measurable objectives.
- Decide when to ship software.
- Continually de-risk product direction.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Deliver product vision, road map, strategy, and key performance indicators.
- Continuously ship product features through agile methodologies.
- Mitigate product risks.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience in project management, including managing scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs.
- 10+ years of experience in creating project documentation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of I&IT project management frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in online collaboration tools and backlog management software.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
