The Role
As Controller, you’ll own the full accounting and finance function and play a critical role in shaping how the business grows. You’ll lead the preparation of timely, accurate financial reporting for senior leadership while bringing insight and clarity to decision‑making across the organization. This is a hands‑on, big‑picture role, ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems, and driving efficiency and profitability in a dynamic construction services environment. Most importantly, you’ll bring a growth mindset and a genuine desire to help build a mission‑driven organization that supports people and communities when they need it most.
Expected Outcomes
Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting that leadership can trust
Build and lead a strong, accountable accounting team

Ensure strong financial stewardship, compliance, and cash management
