Job Summary :
The Ecommerce Customer Service Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders across multiple sales accounts. This role serves as a key liaison between eCommerce sales team, warehouse operations, and accounting to ensure orders are entered correctly, released on time, and aligned with company policies.
About The Role :
- Maintaining assigned eCommerce accounts and monitor the full order lifecycle to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Accurately enter and process customer orders received via email, EDI, eCommerce platforms (SPS commerce, Duoplane, Truecommerce)
- Validate pricing, product availability, lead times, freight terms, and customer details prior to order release
- Ensure orders comply with company policies, MAP requirements, and customer-specific shipping carrier instructions (shipping method, palletized)
- Monitor order status and ensure timely release to the warehouse through the Warehouse Management System (LISA WMS)
- Responsible for payment collection through Credit Cards, wires, and cheques
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, availability, backorders, and shipment timelines
- Communicate delays, changes, or resolve issues proactively to internal teams and customers with patience and courtesy
- Maintain clear documentation and notes within order and customer records
- Support continuous improvement of order intake processes and workflows
- Maintaining a high standard of professional decorum and practice when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, supervisors and other key stakeholders
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Director of Ecommerce and management.

3 years of customer service or order processing experience (B2B, wholesale, or eCommerce preferred)Proficient in MS Office ApplicationsExperience with SAP, eCommerce platforms, or WMS (LISA WMS experience an asset)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environmentAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressureStrong interpersonal skillsHighly organized with a proven ability to multi-taskEnergetic, upbeat and a tenacious team playerCompensation : $25 / h + Monthly Sales Bonussubject to the terms of the monthly bonus plan. The total compensation range of this position is between $60,000 - $68,0000
