Summary / Résumé

The User Experience Architect leads the design vision and user experience strategy for large-scale digital transformation initiatives, focusing on simplifying complex enterprise workflows and delivering intuitive, user-centric digital platforms.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

Define and lead UX vision and experience architecture for enterprise digital platforms

Design and optimize complex onboarding journeys and form-heavy workflows

Create intuitive, data-rich dashboards and user interfaces

Improve end-to-end user journeys including shipment visibility and operational experiences

Apply design thinking methodologies, journey mapping, personas, and service blueprints

Facilitate workshops and design sessions with senior stakeholders

Collaborate closely with business, technology, and client teams

Ensure accessibility, usability, and inclusive design standards are met

Requirements / Profil recherché

10+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or experience architecture

Proven experience leading UX for complex enterprise or B2B platforms

Strong background in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or industrial domains (preferred)

Demonstrated expertise in simplifying complex user journeys

Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Technical skills / Compétences techniques

UX architecture and experience design

Design thinking methodologies

Journey mapping and service design

Dashboard and data-heavy interface design

Accessibility and usability heuristics

Figma, FigJam, or similar design tools

AI-assisted UX and data-driven design (nice to have)

Languages / Langues

English
