Process Specialist

Job Requirements

• Completed machinist, millwright or tool and die maker apprenticeship is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in operating mills and lathes.
• Some electrical knowledge diagnosing machine connections.
• Work experience in industrial engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD working highly preferred.
• Handson experience in support of both equipment and product aspects of a manufacturing plant, ideally paired with experience in improvement projects.
• Highly motivated selfstarter.
• You are an openminded and conceptual thinker who introduces new and creative ideas into a broad area of responsibility.
• You are a driver and a team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on many different tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions with attention to details and time sensitive deadlines
• Authentic, loyal and reliable personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency, both written and verbal in English. German language knowledge is considered an asset.
• Ideally, previous experience in polymer extrusion.
• Previous experience managing a small team of 25 people considered an asset
