- Build strong working relationships with business andIT management to understand business strategy and requirements, and to identifyand develop appropriate solutions that enable us to achieve its businessobjectives.
- Be an active member of the ITmanagement team reporting to the CIO, supporting the team in addressing both strategicand tactical priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to select,configure and integrate off the shelf SaaS systems
- Own the system architecture andengineering of digital initiatives at the firm
- Establish industry best practice processes and infrastructure for the Software Engineering team, moving us towarda DevOps and Agile culture.
- Be hands-on, able to reviewsoftware design and architecture.
- Work closely with EnterpriseArchitecture, Data Science, and Project Management teams to build solution roadmapsand project plans.
- Attract, recruit, and developengineering talent
- Provide coaching and learning and create an environment where colleagues can develop the technical expertise neededfor future business needs.
- Ensure our security standards arebeing followed throughout the software development process
