Implementation Consultant

As the Implementation Consultant, you will lead the implementation of Prophix's Corporate Performance Management software with various clients. The Implementation Consultant will work largely independently, take ownership of the quality and success of the Prophix deployment, and handle project management, solution design, and execution of project deliverables to satisfy the client.

They will focus their efforts on small to medium sized projects and work under an Implementation Manager, gaining experience in project management, customer management, and consulting processes.

What You Will Do

• Reporting to the Consulting Manager, you will tap into your well‑honed interpersonal skills and be mature and confident when dealing with high level customer executives.
• Proactively seek solutions for our clients’ various issues.
• Comfortable and confident working on‑site or remotely with our customers.
• Have a strong balance between technical background and business experience.
