Job description

Hybrid : 4 days onsite in Downtown Toronto , 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data and software solutions for banking platforms
Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
Automate configuration management and deployments using Ansible
Work closely with risk and finance teams on QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) implementations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performance systems
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing data and application pipelines

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer in enterprise environments

Hands‑on expertise with Terraform and Ansible (non‑negotiable)

Solid working experience with QRM

Prior experience working with banking or financial services clients

Strong understanding of data pipelines, system integrations, and automation

Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
